We also handle all types of commercial disputes: breach of contract and contractual liability, breakdown of negotiations, restrictive competition practices (abrupt termination of established commercial relations, abuse of a dominant position, etc.), disputes relating to franchise networks, construction sites, industrial accidents, court-appointed expert reports, debt collection (unpaid debts), as well as tortious liability, particularly in matters of unfair competition (denigration, poaching, deviation of customers, parasitism, etc.).

In regulatory matters, our firm represents clients before the Competition Authority, the DGCCRF (French General Directorate for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control), specialised courts, and in investigations by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF, French Financial Markets Authority). These cases relate in particular to restrictive competition practices and prohibited commercial practices as provided for in Articles L442-1 et seq. of the French Commercial Code.
