Our team provides advice from the moment a company is formed: choice of corporate entity, drafting of Articles of Association, shareholders' agreements, setting up mission-driven companies or companies governed by the ESS Law (Social and Solidarity Economy Law governing social enterprises and non-profit organisations). We also provide ongoing legal support (company secretarial work, advice, amendments to Articles of Association) and advise on issues relating to executives (directorships, regulated agreements, remuneration and profit-sharing).
