International Coordination

The firm handles in particular Franco-British and Franco-German commercial and legal matters thanks to having two dually qualified English and German partners, one dual-qualified as a Solicitor (England and Wales) and the other as a Rechtsanwältin, ideal for English-speaking and German-speaking clients. The team works closely with foreign law firms and also other lawyers within the firm to support clients with their national and international projects.
Private international law

Our team handles cross-border litigation, international contracts, family office matters, inheritance (wills, trusts, probate, administration of estates), as well as property law (purchases, sales, Court-appointed expert reports) and family law. The team has in-depth knowledge of jurisdiction clauses, applicable law clauses, French private international law, the Hague Conventions and European and international regulations.
International business law

We advise on the creation of subsidiaries, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, commercial arbitration, employment law and the auditing of contracts and companies operating internationally.
International mobility

The department assists companies and employees with all issues relating to secondment, expatriation and immigration, in coordination with the employment law department.
