Founded in Toulouse in 1989, our firm has established itself as a leader in business law in Occitanie thanks to its unique approach: combining judicial culture with in-depth legal expertise. From the outset, we have sought out a diverse range of profiles, drawn from the worlds of business, legal consulting and accounting.
This mix of backgrounds and experiences guarantees a comprehensive, agile and pragmatic legal response.
Building on our regional roots, we have developed international expertise to best support our clients' evolution and ambitions.
Now comprising around thirty talented individuals, including 10 partners who are committed on a daily basis, Morvilliers Sentenac is constantly evolving to meet contemporary legal challenges.

Beyond the Garonne, our expertise extends to more than forty countries thanks to proven networks of rigorously selected correspondents. This international framework allows us to orchestrate cross-border transactions, arbitration or tax optimisation, ensuring the same high standards of quality and responsiveness everywhere. In particular, our firm counts among its partners a Solicitor (England and Wales) and a Rechtsanwältin, who are bilingual and also admitted to practise law in France, specialising in Franco-British and Franco-German legal matters.
