Individual labour relations

Our team advises on all issues related to employer-employee relations: employment contracts, mobility, remuneration, individual dismissals (disciplinary, non-disciplinary or economic, incapacity), HR support and development strategies, gender equality index, professional interviews. We also conducts internal investigations, particularly in cases of whistleblowing or situations of moral and sexual harassment or discrimination.
Collective relations

We assist our clients in establishing and managing social dialogue: negotiating and drafting company, group or UES agreements, supporting the management of employee representative bodies (CSE, IRP), organising professional elections, developing and monitoring job protection plans (PSE) and managing strike situations.
Labour litigation

Our lawyers defend companies before all labour and criminal courts for specific labour law offences: labour tribunals, labour divisions, URSSAF litigation, social security, workplace accidents and occupational illnesses, criminal liability of managers and companies, disputes relating to collective agreements, harassment or discrimination.
