Specialising in Intellectual Property Law (trademark, patent, copyright, infringement, opposition, etc.), Elodie Baudras also acts in the following areas of Digital Law (particularly in the fields of AI and cybersecurity), Commercial law (contracts, competition, contractual liability, commercial leases, etc.), Computer law (SaaS, software, CRM, ERP, open source, etc.) and Press law (defamation, insult, etc.). She also handles applications to the Commercial Court, the Court of First Instance and the Toulouse Court of Appeal.

A graduate of Master II Intellectual Property and New Technologies at Toulouse Capitole University, her career path led to her working as an in-house counsel at the SNCF, before she became a lawyer and joined Morvilliers Sentenac in 2013, before coming a partner in 2023.

Each case represents a new story, a particular strategic challenge requiring listening, creativity and precision. She takes care to gain a detailed understanding of the technological and commercial specificities of her clients in order to offer innovative, tailored and pragmatic legal solutions in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Very much involved in the local community, she is a member of the association La Mêlée Numérique and an active member of the Commission prospective and territoriality within the Bar association of Toulouse.

Convinced that reactiveness and proximity are essential in the legal profession, she builds a close working relationship with her clients, she builds a long-term relationship of trust to effectively defend their interests and protect their innovations.
