Nicolas Morvilliers, member of the Toulouse Bar and Chairman of Morvilliers Sentenac & Associés, specialises in intellectual property and the protection of intangible assets, as well as economic and competition law.

Honorary Consul of Germany since 1996, he assists his clients in their national and international contractual negotiations and legal disputes with a vision that is both legal and diplomatic. With his many years of experience, he is also involved in Franco-German academic and business life.

Nicolas Morvilliers is a founding partner of the law firm Morvilliers Sentenac & Associés, which he co-founded in Toulouse in 1992 after having been a partner at Calvo & Associés.

Educated in private law at Toulouse Capitole University (DEA 1984), he also studied at Saarbrücken University (1981) and completed a course dedicated to European lawyers at Tübingen University, before joining the law firm Droste-Killius-Triebel, which later became Hogan Lovells in Düsseldorf in 1990. He was admitted as an Avocat in Carcassonne in 1987.

His practice focuses on economic litigation, competition issues, cartels, mergers and liability, particularly in the industrial, contractual and distribution sectors. He also acts in arbitration, mediation and intellectual property matters: trademarks, copyright, patents, licences and counterfeiting.

His expertise covers both contentious and on-contentious work, with a strategic approach based on solid international experience and in-depth knowledge of contracts and horizontal-vertical agreements.
