Sophie Jalby holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's postgraduate degree in Notarial Law, Real Estate and Asset Management (Droit notarial, immobilier et gestion de patrimoine, University of Toulouse Capitole I). These experiences led her to develop unique expertise in the legal and human aspects of inheritance issues.

She then practised as an associate lawyer at the law firm of Hélène Capela in Toulouse (2022-2025), where she consolidated her experience in patrimonial and extra-patrimonial law.
